This new platform offers small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) a collaborative workspace and empowers developers to create AI-powered tools that improve the customs experience.

PCFC Chairman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem highlighted Dubai Customs' commitment to incorporating advanced technology, including artificial intelligence. Noting the projects' congruence with the strategic goals of the Dubai Government, he said they enhance Dubai's standing as a preeminent global digital metropolis. Utilizing AI in logistics and customs makes a substantial contribution to the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and advances the financial development of the city.

The PCFC's CEO, Nasser Al Neyadi, claims that the program will boost the logistics and economic ecosystems and generate new jobs.
