Under the theme, The Big Shift: Redefining Leadership in a High-Stakes World, we explored how leaders can thrive in an era defined by disruption, uncertainty, geopolitical shifts, AI-led transformation and relentless change.

One of the defining moments of the conference was the Fireside Chat on Leadership in a High-Stakes World: Insights from the Battlefield and the Boardroom on Thriving Amid Uncertainty and Disruption, featuring Major General OP Gulia, SM, VSM (Retd.), distinguished Indian Army veteran, and Sandeep Baxla, Advisor (ex-Indofil, Henkel & Castrol), expertly moderated by Charulata Bansal. The discussion offered invaluable lessons on resilience, decisive leadership and leading through uncertainty.
